I will be leaving my lovely little room in Shepherds Bush and am looking for a queer friendly female or NB housemate to take my place.

VERY well connected. Numerous bus stops, Central line, Hammersmith and City/Circle line, Overground, and National Rail are all a 6-minute walk away, as well as Westfield White City.

Council tax - £44.50 per month
The remaining bills come to around £65 - £80 per month

-Sharing with three lovely women in their mid-late twenties

-Bathroom is shared with one other housemate.

-A lovely garden, kitchen and living room, where we have the occasional movie night!

-I've worked really hard to make my small room a cozy and creative space. I purchased a single loft bed to create room below for my keyboard and storage, but if you have a partner who wants to sleep over, or you don't want to go up a ladder, you will likely need to purchase a new bed!

-I can keep my keyboard in the room until the fall when I pick it up, or store it away. I will be taking my guitar with me, so there is a guitar mount on the wall that can be used!

-We have storage below the stairs that can be used, especially since it's a smaller room!
