We are 10 min walk to maida vale / little Venice and 20 min into Notting hill. With the bakerloo line.

Area and apartment is super quiet and clean. We live on the top floor so there is never any noise :)

I am moving out with my boyfriend. But the new applicant will be living with my current housemate, Callan. He is 25yo professional that works as an art dealer. He is Australian and the kindest guy you will ever meet, may I mention an incredible chef too ;) we both usually keep to ourselves as the kitchen and living room are on opposite ends of the flat so you will always have your own space. But we still always catch up and cook eachother dinner from now and then or go play tennis! He is a super friendly and respectful guy

We also have access to a little terrace which is super ideal in summer!
