I'm subletting my room in a lovely house with amazing sunny garden in a quiet location in SE London close to green spaces for the month of JUNE 2026 (please also get in touch if you would like to stay for only part of the month).
*As I have been away on sabbatical for a few months and my current sub-tenant is moving out, all the wardrobe space, cupboards, shelves etc. will be completely empty and free for you to use.
*Bills/utilities, including wifi, will be £150 on top of the rent.
More about the house:
• 4 bedrooms in total. You will be sharing with three lovely professional women aged between 26 and 34 who are considerate and will make you feel welcome.
• Yours will be a lovely cosy room with wooden floorboards and it comes with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 large bookcases/shelves, and chest of drawers. The desk and chair in the pictures have been removed.
• Shared living room with a comfy large sofa (not pictured but it is great!)
• 2 bathrooms
• Kitchen with 2 fridges, doors opening into our lovely garden. All kitchen pots, pans, crockery, utensils etc are available and you are very welcome to use everything
• Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Quiet road in lovely East Dulwich with plenty of green spaces, shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby
• Close to buses (12, 40, 63, 363) into central London and near Peckham Rye and East Dulwich overground/train stations
