Hello! My name is Courtney. I’m 30, American, work in tech (half from home, half in the office), and I’m looking for a new flatmate.
This flat is directly across the street from Billionaires Row in Notting Hill Gate and Hyde Park. It’s a 2 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate Station, a 1 minute walk to Queensway station, 5 minute walk to Kensington High Street, and 5 minute walk to Portobello Road in Notting Hill. Waitrose, M&S, Amazon Fresh, and Tesco’s are all around the corner. Whole Foods is down the street. Rent is £2500/month. It is the PERFECT location. Your room is furnished with a bed, 2 dressers, night tables, a desk, and a closet. You have your own, private bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to host a fabulous dinner party. I’m also getting a few new furniture pieces so everything will be nice and new!
I am looking for a flatmate with all the normal requirements (tidy, friendly, etc.). It’s pretty quiet on the weekdays (I’m normally out most evenings), but if a weekend dinner party is what you fancy, we have everything you need to host 24! Please reach out and I can’t wait to meet you.
