Hi, sadly my flatmate is moving out of our flat to live with her boyfriend so I’m looking for someone to move in!

The flat:
5 minute walk from East Putney station (district line) and a 10 minute walk from Putney overground train station. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat so lots of good options for commuting.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk to Putney high street with lots of shops, pubs and cafes, additionally a short walk to Wandsworth town for Southside shopping centre and cineworld! Also very close to Wandsworth park for nice views of the Thames and lots of great walk/ running spots along the river too!

The flat offers a large living room , shared garden area with 1 bathroom and super king size bed. There is also free off road parking.

About me:
I’m Caitlin I’m a 26 year old nurse working Monday to Friday normally in the office everyday but can have a work from home day on the odd occasion.
I have lived in London for the past 4 years, I like pub nights (love a Pimms on a summers day), going for walks, listening to podcasts, running (sometimes), sitting on the common, cosy movie nights and the odd rubbish reality TV show. I would like a respectable fellow housemate who is clean and tidy, wouldn’t mind the odd movie night and wants this flat to feel like home ☺️

I have loved living in this homely flat for almost a year so would like someone that feels the same! Ideally looking for someone of a similar age to myself.
