We have a double room becoming available in our lovely 3 bed / 2 bath flat in East Village at the end of June, and we’re looking for someone to join our tenancy.

The room is a bright corner room with two windows. It looks out to the inner garden so it’s very quiet, ideal for light sleepers. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There’s plenty of room for a workspace if you WFH.

The bathroom is shared with one other person, and there’s rarely any overlap as the flatmate works on a shift schedule.

The flat itself is cozy, modern and very well insulated. We have an open plan living area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The best part about our flat is the lovely balcony/winter garden that has views on both sides, very spacious (12 sq m) and is perfect for the summer ☀️

Current flatmates are 2 female working professionals in their mid 20s working in banking and healthcare. You’ll likely be able to say hi to them if you’re here for a viewing!
