Although the room is a single I have recently redecorated it and put in a small double which fits cosily. It is a lovely room within a great family home. Just myself and my daughter living here at the moment but with sporadic visits back from uni from my son.

We will welcome you to enjoy the whole house with us and have a lovely garden to enjoy as well with a lovely seating area and a pond!

I am happy to reduce the rate for a Monday to Friday set up - please do enquire if that is your preference.

We are a 10 minute walk to West Norwood train station with trains direct to Victoria or London Bridge or you can go on a bus to get to the Northern Line within 20 minutes or so or can cycle into the centre of London within 45 minutes.

We are a family of cyclists and have cycle storage in the driveway which you are welcome to use and there is free on street parking.
