The property is in a quiet residential area, away from the main road and close to everything you might need!
Location

The house is located on a quiet residential street which is a dead-end meaning minimal traffic passes through.

It is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop which takes you to the city centre or you can alternatively bike (very popular choice in Cambridge) to the city centre which takes 10 minutes by bike. Addenbrooks and Papworth hospital is 10 minutes away by bike.

Train station is 10 minutes away by bike.

Co-Op is 5 minutes walk away, the bigger store (Sainsbury’s) is conveniently 5 minutes away by bike or 10 minutes by foot.

The Room

The room is thoroughly cleaned before you move in and all bedding (bed sheets, pillow cases, etc) are provided but feel free to bring your own.

The bathroom for this En-Suite Double Room is located inside the room, so it is a private bathroom.
The TV comes with the room.

The House

The house itself is maintained by the occupants, who have decided on their own cleaning rota. The kitchen is shared and contains 1 electric oven, 1 gas cooking hob, 1 sink, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and 3 shared fridges. The utility room contains a washing machine and a tumble drier.

The garden contains a bike storage area with a roof, where you can lock your bike to keep it safe and dry.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, so 3 other occupants (3 females) who are young professionals working in and around the CB1 area.

The Price

The price for a single person is £900 per month with ALL bills included in the price.
Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and Fibre Virgin Media Internet included.
We understand that living with other people can sometimes be difficult so we are flexible with the term of your stay, 3 months is a good length to start with, further extension is available. Shorter and longer terms are available.
No deposit is taken.
We are looking for a tidy and friendly person.

The room is for a single person not couples.
