Hello,

My flatmate is getting a cat and unfortunately has to leave the flat, so I am looking for a new flatmate starting May.
I am looking for someone respectful, clean and after 11pm quiet.
The flat is on Ravenworth Gardens, 3mins walk from the train station and bus stops towards all Cambridgeshire. It is 7mins walk to Mills road.
There are 2 bedrooms, the walls are not connected, so there is a lot of privacy. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has a lot of storage space.
The bills are around 150 per month, per person, including council tax.
No pets or smoking allowed.
