Hello! We are three girls looking for a new housemate to join us in our four-bedroom, one bathroom house located in CB1. We’re just a three-minute walk from Mill Road and a 20-minute walk to the Beehive Centre, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, and retail shops. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, and there is a well-maintained park just two minutes away.
The rent is £675 per month, which includes bills and council tax. The room will be available from 14 August, with a minimum stay of one year. It is not fully furnished and currently includes only a wooden desk. All the furniture shown in the pictures is for sale (chest of drawers, double bed frame + mattress, pine table, conference chair, wooden bookcase, mirror, and lamp).
We are looking for someone in their 30s who is very clean and tidy and wants to live in a calm and relaxed environment.
