I am looking for an Anglia Ruskin or university of Cambridge student to takeover my tenancy at Anglia house.

It is a 1 bedroom (small double bed), en-suite room in a prime location, 10 minutes away walk away from ARU and the town centre with great access to shops, restaurants and scenery.

The people already living in this flat are amazing! Courteous and kind! 3 of them are studying at the university of Cambridge and 2 of them are Anglia Ruskin students.

I would be looking for someone to takeover as soon as possible so don’t hesitate to enquire.
