Hiya! I’m looking for a student replacement tenant to take over my accommodation contract from 25 April – 29 August 2026, as I’ll be moving back home after my course finishes.

The room is a private student room with a large desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage. It also has a private en-suite and access to a shared kitchen. Located close to ARU, many Cambridge Uni departments and the city centre, it’s ideal for students staying in Cambridge over summer. There are also two adorable resident cats, often found relaxing in reception!

Rent: £245/week (£4,320 total, bills included)

Contract Ends: 29 August 2026

The tenancy transfer will be handled officially through accommodation management.
