Hey everyone, we're looking for a tenant for our friendly, tidy home in Hove. Rent is £500 per month, all bills included.

We enjoy watching TV together, and occasionally cook food and go out for a drink. We're all pretty chilled and enjoy having a laugh.

Room is a double with a south facing window. It currently has beureau, chair, built in wardrobe and a large double bed. If you have your own furniture, we can move the current items in the spare room.

There are two bathrooms including two toilets, two showers and a clean bath. The main is quite large and located on the first floor. The kitchen is charming, with a deep sink and new kitchen hob appliances.

Open to all genders, ages, ethnicities etc but we would prefer someone who doesn't smoke.

Student friendly but this isn't a party house.
