Hello. I have a film coming up abroad from 7 sept - the end of December so you you will have the house to yourself as I will be working away. Happy to discuss this all further plus a possible longer stay past December if it works for us both.

It’s a stunning place with incredible walks on your door step and rising sun views of the countryside to wake up too.. with the stunning Helford passage and coves 15 mins away and west coast 33 mins.. north coast 42 mins away… Log burner too 😀

Perfect writers / artist retreat too 😀

The bathroom is a shower, sink and toilet room connected to the bedroom.

Super fast wired EE broadband WiFi. Tv .. full set of everything.. Plates , pots pans, glasses, etc . a new oven / induction hob, new large washer dryer .. bell tent/ fire pit garden.. wood fired ninger grill in the Garden. . Private parking 😀
