Hi,
I'm a TV and film professional, looking to offer my spare room in a shared apartment to the right person. I'm a pretty quiet but active person and would hope my flatmate is similar.
You'll likely have the place to yourself most of the time as I'm out quite a lot, or away with work. When I'm home, I has a small 10yr old support animal that lives with me.
The bedroom is light and plenty of space, all other areas are shared - kitchen, dining, lounge and bathroom.
Ideally, I think this would suit a mature/international student, or lecturer, as I'm not too far from the uni. Either that or anyone working on a short term contract at the shipyard etc.
Cheers!
Steve
