46 Whitstable Road (in between Kent University and the Centre of Canterbury in popular St. Dunstan’s) is one of the loveliest HMO houses in Canterbury! There is a lovely, respectful community of young professionals wanting a clean and nurturing home environment who are moving in at the end of the summer. So far we have a newly qualified female teacher, a young prof female graduate and a male French PHD student/ teaching assistant who are moving in.
Any mature students would have to agree to contribute £33.33 towards the council tax.

The house would not suit anyone looking for a party house. The tenancies are individual and will run for a minimum of a year but there is flexibility if circumstances change.
