Hello house hunters,

I have a double room available in a spacious and clean 2 bedroom flat available for the entire month of August (All Bills included). The flat is located on Richmond Road making it a walkable distance to the city centre, City Road which is filled with shops and restaurants , as well as a walkable distance to Cardiff Uni SU.

I am looking for a female with sober habits to take over my tenancy during August as I will be travelling home to take care of my poorly mother. My current housemate is a professional, so this is not a party flat.
