I am looking for a lodger who is the right fit for both of us. It is so important that everyone is happy in their own home, which, let's face it, is sometimes our only oasis in life!

I have a 3-bedroom flat with a double room right near the entrance and a private bathroom with shower just across the hall.

It is a bright and inviting space with a double bed, desk and chair, a large chest of drawers and your own fridge/freezer.

The kitchen is directly across the hall from the bedroom and is fairly well equipped. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and most appliances.

My preference is someone who is clean, respectful and private.

I am a pretty social creature but I do like my quiet time and space, so it would be important that we both have similar needs rather than constant social gatherings!

By the way, the flat is on the 2nd floor - and no lift - so it does involve stairs!
