I’m looking for a friendly, independent lodger who, like me, enjoys a relaxed, clean and peaceful home.

I travel fairly often, so I’m particularly looking for someone who is comfortable being on their own and will enjoy having the flat to themselves while I’m away.

When I am home, I’m friendly and sociable, but equally happy doing my own thing — so I think this would work really well for someone with a similar balance.

THE SPACE:

I have a bright 3-bedroom flat with a double room right near the entrance, along with your own private bathroom (with shower) just across the hall, so it feels very self-contained.

The kitchen is directly opposite and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, etc).

LOCATION & LIFESTYLE

The flat is in a really easy, well-connected spot just slightly north of Chichester.

* Bus 60 runs directly to and from Chichester (and Midhurst) and stops right outside the complex
* 2 minute walk to Co-Op for essentials
* 5 - 10 minute drive to Goodwood and Rolls Royce (great if you work there or enjoy the area)
* Quick access to West Stoke and The Trundle for beautiful countryside walks
* 20 minute drive to the coast

WALKING DISTANCE TO:
* Chichester town (30 mins)
* Chichester Festival Theatre
* Graylingwell (15 mins) for coffee, park, community, classes, therapy/exercise, etc.
* Goodwood
* Nearby pubs in Lavant for a relaxed drink or meal
* Beautiful fields and walks and cycling - Centurion Way, Lavant, Goodwood Estate, East Dean

It’s a lovely location for someone who likes a quieter lifestyle and having countryside on the doorstep, while still being able to get into Chichester easily.

A GOOD FIT

I think this would particularly suit someone who is independent, clean and respectful, enjoys their own company and likes home to be somewhere peaceful to come back to.

I'm an early bird rather than a night owl, so someone with a broadly similar lifestyle would probably be the best fit. It’s definitely not a party household, but I don't want it to sound like a monastery either! :)
