It’s a Detached house in a spacious estate 5 mins walk from Rolls Royce and 10-12 mins walk to the hospital and university along with city centre just beyond
Will suit Rolls Royce Interns/hospital workers and a short drive to SECAMB station if a paramedic.

Im very outdoorsy and spend a lot of time on the bike and like to watch live music in pubs in the evenings. References preferred but not a dealbreaker.
Due to my profession I will need to inform my vetting department of my new lodger.
