I am looking for a friendly flatmate to join me in a beautiful and modern flat from the 16th of June. I have a balcony overlooking the reservoir. I provide all the furnishings in the flat. The room also has a single/double bed and a spacious fitted wardrobe. You are also welcome to bring your room furniture if you wish. In addition, you can also enjoy your private bathroom. The kitchen, living room and balcony are shared.

The price is 1300£ per month with bills included. There is also an onsite gym with no extra cost and concierge service.

Hendon train station is a 5min walk away same as the closest bus stop.

About me: I am a 30-year-old electrical engineer who enjoys travelling, cooking, fitness and a social lifestyle. I am looking for a professional flatmate who will help keep the flat clean and tidy, and wouldn't mind sharing a meal!
