It is ideal if you could share this house with a friend . Or use the BUDDY UP facility on spare room. This is a great way to find students to share with.

The house is 0.2 miles, 5 minutes walk from
Ernest Place Student Mansion accommodation.

Bus stop at the end of the street or walk into Durham city centre 1.2 miles and 1.5 miles to the railway station.

Downstairs is the sitting room, dining/study room, extended kitchen ,sun room and another WC and basin.

The house is very comfortable and spacious.

There is a total living space of 90 square meters . Then also garden to the front and back with patio. We have a gardener who cuts the grass etc. This is included in the rent.

There will be a tenancy agreement to agree and sign, there is no extra cost for this.
