UPDATE TO SOME OF THE DESCRIPTIONLooking for a lodger to occupy a spare double bedroom in my recently refurbished, warm, modern 3 bedroom flat. I am on the 3rd floor tenement block right in the heart of Bruntsfield with amazing sweeping views over Bruntsfield links and cafes, boulangeries and restaurants right on the doorstep. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, single wardrobe. The photos show a few extra pieces of furniture which I’ll move out and desk I can move in. The flat has two bathrooms - I have my own en suite so the main bathroom will be used mainly by yourself. I have my two boys stay every 2nd week, they are 7 and 10, well behaved and go to school in the local area. They have busy schedules so are rarely home during the week and weekends. I am a working professional and work from home about 60% of the time.
Bills not included but likely will be £160 per month. This includes wifi, tv license, energy costs and council tax. It will likely go up to £180ish in winter due to increase in energy costs. I have Netflix but can cover that myself as I may drop it. We have good wifi throughout the flat. Happy to accept cats or small, hypoallergenic child friendly dogs. I will be doing reference checks so please start organising those if you haven’t already. Spare room suggests credit checks as well but I’ll confirm with you before doing any of that.
