I am a professional software engineer in my 30s. I am looking for a friendly, responsible and considerate flatmate to share my home with. I like to keep a clean and tidy flat and expect the same from the person I share it with. It is a fairly quiet flat. I do have friends over sometimes but not very often. It is not a party flat. I keep a fairly busy life outside of work and spend most of my evenings out and about in town.
