This is a really friendly house with some great people. There is an enormous kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room.

The room is a large double bedroom on the first floor overlooking the back garden. It has a wooden floor, wooden shelves with clothes rail and double bed with mattress. The window is double glazed.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and work out around £40 depending on usage. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
