Hello,
I have two lovely double bedrooms for rent just off of Ladbroke Grove and Saint Marks Road. The space comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and storage in the flat.

All bills are included in the price.

I am a live-in landlord with one other flat mate. Sadly my roommate of 5 years has moved out with her partner. We have 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and two toilets, an open plan kitchen and dinning area, and the living room is just off of the dinning area.

My ideal housemate would be female as it has been requested by the other female I live with. We are not too fussed whether they are studying or professionals.

Ladbroke Grove station is a 5min walk and Holland Park is a 10min walk away, with both options good to get into the city in under 20min.

We have a charming toy poodle dog, she’s nearly 1 years old. Of course you’ll have to be happy with living with her! She knows her place and is always happy. I could honestly go on and on about how great she is lol! I’ve added a picture of her in the listing.
