We have a large ensuite double room available to rent in a top-floor flat in Queens Club Gardens. There are two bathrooms - one of which is the ensuite. The flat has a good-sized kitchen and living room and a balcony.
Residents have access to the communal gardens and two tennis courts. There’s an estate service which means bins are collected and communal areas are cleaned. On-street parking is available with a permit. Bills average around £140 per month but will fluctuate depending on usage (council tax band F).
I tend to work from home twice a week. I am looking for flatmates who enjoy sport, socialising and pub trips.
10 minute walk to West Kensington / Baron's Court / West Brompton stations.
