I have a cozy single room available for rent. It includes a small living room with a sofa and dining table, a single bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. The location is convenient, as it is a 10- to 12-minute walk to Notting Hill Gate Station (Central Line) and a 10-minute walk to Westbourne Park Station (District or Circle Line). There are also 24-hour transport options available, with a bus stop right next to our building. Additionally, it's just a 5-minute walk to Portobello Market, perfect for Sunday strolls and shopping.

Currently, there are two boys living in the apartment, but one will be leaving soon to start a new chapter in his life. I need to find a clean, tidy, and easy-going flatmate to replace him for a duration of one to two weeks. It's important that the new person respects house rules.
