I have a single room available for short term let (maximum 6 months). The room is fully furnished and includes bills and broadband.
I have two cats who are VERY sociable, so anyone who rents the room must definitely be a cat person.
Ideal person will be vegetarian, tidy and friendly.
The house is close to amenities and transport links, and is in good access to the universities. Oh and it has a log fire, which is perfect for cold winter nights.
Ideal for visiting students or backpackers staying in Leeds short term.
