Your new room will be fully furnished and decorated to AirBnB levels of quality. With wall mounted large TV, remote controlled fan for hot days, desk with stool to comfortably fit your laptop (1 Gigabit internet included), wardrobe with lighting and full mirrors, plenty of storage space (including under the bed). Everything is clean. Your room overlooks a nice garden. The curtains and lights are remote controlled for ultimate comfort.

But the rest of the house is also amazing with a complete dining room, kitchen (including modern appliances like a dishwasher and space to store your pantry items), laundry/utility area with separate washer and dryer too!

Due to allergy I cannot accept pets. If you have a partner they may stay overnight some days of the month but please do not contact if you are a couple looking to live full time together, I don't want to share with more than 1 person to ensure there is space and privacy.

ALL BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX INCLUDED - IF YOU HAVE A CAR, THE PERMIT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT! The parking is covered by CCTV for your car's safety.
