I’m looking to sublet my ensuite room as I’m planning to move closer to my office. The room is available from 1 April until September, with the option to extend with the agency if needed.

The room is clean, private and fully furnished, with its own bathroom. Suitable for one or two people. The flat is in a convenient and lively area but still comfortable for everyday living.

The location is great, especially for students or professionals. It’s only about 5 minutes from Queen Mary University of London.

Transport is very convenient:

• Around 3 minutes walk to Stepney Green Station (District & Hammersmith & City lines)

• About 3 minutes to Whitechapel Station by tube (Elizabeth Line & Overground)

• Around 8 minutes to Liverpool Street Station

• About 5 minutes to Aldgate East Station

There are also plenty of amenities nearby – Tesco and Sainsbury’s next to the station, pharmacy 1 minute away, and about 10 minutes to China Ark Supermarket. The area also has many restaurants, cafés, gyms and shops.

The Bills:

• Bills: around £50–£60/month in winter (water and wifi fixed, and energy)

• I will provide the energy account so everything can be checked transparently.
