Moving out from this lovely flat due to a new job and therefore searching for a new flatmate to move-in from June! We are looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate who is happy to live with 2 sweetest cats. I’m paying £1025 pcm, price can be tiny bit negotiable if you can cover the whole 3.5 months period - after that you have the option to extend the contract.

🤎Room

Furnished double bedroom, comes with wardrobe and desk etc. The room is spacious and very well-lit. I took a video when the room was unoccupied - can send on Whatsapp.

🤎Flat

There is a huge living room with dining and lounge areas. Two bathrooms - one larger with bathtub, one smaller with standing shower, both have toilets. (So average 2 people per toilet) A very well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, all sorts of cooking pans and tools. You really don’t have to buy more equipment, but if you come with your own stuffs there is totally adequate storage space too.

🤎Location

- 5 min to Shoreditch High Street Overground
- 15 min to Liverpool Street Station
- 12 min to Old Street Station
- Many bus stops

Quiet spot in the center of Shoreditch. Nearest supermarkets are Tesco Express and a Sainsbury, also a range of other groceries shops. Countless eateries and coffee shops - you have the famous Jolene just downstairs. Walking distance to Brick lane, Spitalfields Markets, Columbia Flower Market… also a whole bunch of nice/bougie fitness and yoga studios which I do love.

🤎The flatmates

You will be living with 3 flatmates. They all studied Architecture in different UK unis, and are from different parts of Asia. (Doesn’t mean you need to be an asian architect) Vito is Singaporean and he had been living here for a few years with his mates. Sophie is Vietnamese, she studied in Glasgow and moved to London, now sharing the room with Vito. Rubin is Chinese / grew up in US, he is an introvert but so kind-hearted and easygoing (he is vegan too.)

They are all nice and considerate, mature and easy to communicate. Fairly independent as they can be busy, but up for doing activities together. Sometimes there are friends over for dinner/hotpot, but it’s not a party house! It’d be ideal if you also seek this kind of peaceful and respectful environment :)

🤎Details

The rent is originally £1025 per month, but for my sublet period it is negotiable and I am happy to do £995 if you can from around 3rd June. Bills and tax are well under £100 especially in the summer. (You can also opt out from Wi-Fi, making it £15 less, if your mobile data plan is enough)

This contract is til 18 Sept, so I am looking for someone who can cover my whole rest of the contract from June. But after September, you can extend it too. Our landlord is really responsive and helpful, he has good relationship with Vito so the rent is very controlled.

Please message me if you have any questions.
