I am moving out of my room and looking for a replacement.

The room is in a shared flat in Holborn, Central London, for £1230 per month. The rent includes council tax, broadband, heating and electricity up to £10pppm. It also includes a cleaner for the communal area coming once a week.

The room is in a shared flat with two working flatmates. They are both very friendly and open to meeting new people.

The flat has a modern kitchen and a shared bathroom.

The location is very central, with pubs, supermarkets, and restaurants a few minutes' walk away. The nearest tube stations are Holborn and Russel Square (Central and Piccadilly Lines).

The room is available from 1st July, 2024. The landlady requires references and, for students, a UK guarantor. For students from the EU, an EU guarantor works too, in combination with one month upfront rent payment.
