Sadly, I am leaving this terrific flat and my friends in it! And we are looking for someone to replace me.

About the flat: it is a cozy ground floor, with three rooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen. As you can tell from the pictures, we have gone to quite a bit of trouble to decorate the living room and make it into a home. My friends are looking for someone that similarly values a homely shared space, which we often use and enjoy together. Rent is 933, paid upfront every 6 months (if moving in in February, it would be 6 plus February).

About the area: The location is pretty amazing, with many cute cafes, nice pubs, good restaurants and places where we can go grocery shopping nearby (Tesco express is 2 mins away for last minute groceries). Shoreditch High Street is a 15 minute walk away from the flat, and Liverpool Street is 10 minutes away. Multiple buses and bike lanes are also nearby.

About the flatmates: both are PhD students. One is French and is doing a PhD in Demography at the LSE. She loves climbing, hiking and chatting over drinks or dinner. One is Hungarian and is a medical doctor visiting for a research stay at Queen Mary University. He loves sweet stuff and thrifting!

While we moved together because we are friends, we perfectly understand the need for privacy and enjoy some time alone to unwind!
