I’m looking for someone to move into our lovely 4 bed flat in Haggerston. It’s so well located, 5 mins from the overground and 15 mins from Old Street. It’s right next to the canal and London fields, Victoria park, Shoreditch, Columbia road market and broadway market are all within a 30 min walk.

The room is £800 per month. Move in date 5th January 2026.

The flat is on the smaller side (no living room), but this hasn’t been an issue for us. Looking for a girl in their early/mid 20s.

To take over the lease, you’d need to provide:
Proof of ID
Earning of 25k minimum
Proof of employment
Reference from previous landlord
Most recent 3 months’ bank statements and payslips
Small tenant changeover fee

Please message me with any other questions :)
