I have two rooms available in a four bedroom house. The other two rooms are occupied by me and my family.
The two tenants are going to share a bathroom and a toilet whilst I and my family share the en-suite one.
There’s another visitor toilet downstairs that can be accessed if need be.
There is a car park for two cars and the garden area can be accessed likewise the kitchen.
Note: the living room is private to the landlord and his family and guests.
You’re allowed to have a guest who can stay for just a night else you will have to pay £50.00 for each night spent.
Your work ID and reference from work are required as part of our requirements.
The cleaning of the house is going to be a collective responsibility but the Landlord is going to provide all necessary cleaning items.
