I am moving out, as I have bought a flat close by (this area is great) and will be exchanging contracts soon.

Location: 1 mn walk from Latimer Road Station (take you to central London within 20mn on tube, 10mn walk from Portobello Road for lots of coffee shops/restaurants and market, 10 mn walk to Westfield (Shopping Mall), 15mn walk from Holland Park, 20mn walk from Hyde Park.
