Beautiful clean double room to rent. Use of the bathroom. Use of kitchen for microwave, toaster, kettle
The £300 per month rent is based on a 3 nights per week stay. I am happy to negotiate maybe 4 or 5 night stay but obviously the rent will go up accordingly.
I do change the bedding a launder the towels (included). We are in a great location for trains and busses.
