I’m looking for someone to move into a newly vacant room in my 3 bed flat in Kentish Town.

You’ll be sharing with myself, 29, and my friend Alistair, also 29. I’m work for an accounting firm in the City and Alistair works in advertising. We’re both quite busy with work and life so I’d like to keep the flat a calm, clean and friendly environment. Also looking for a housemate who works from home no more than once a week.

The flat is less than 10mins walk away from Kentish Town station (Northern + Thameslink) and Gospel Oak (Overground).
Kentish Town is a great area, close to Hampstead Heath and with some nice cafes and restaurants.

All bills are included. Move-in date second half of November (could be flexible). There’s a balcony, shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
