We are looking for a young person to join this young professional international household ( Ivan are David are tidy, responsible and work in animation/law/ research). They have a healthy lifestyle and enjoy keeping fit. They are in their mid 20’s. They are really lovely and the room would suit an equally friendly, tidy and respectful young professional.

The flat is 1 minute walk from Euston Station, and 5 - 10 minute walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras, UCL, SOAS, Bartlett, etc..

This flat is clean, newly painted and in a 1930's flat with a shared fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate W. C., on a small street 2 mins walk from Euston Station.

There is no shared living room but the kitchen is big enough to share a meal.

This is my brother and my flat and we mange the letting of it so there are no agency fees to pay.

The flats are called Churchway and the post code is NW1 LR
