I live alone and I am looking to share my house and home with one other person, I live in a very cute 2 bedroom Victorian Style Cottage House in Orpington, Kent. There is a front and back garden, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom available to use freely. In the garden there is a summer house, sun loungers and jaccuzi. Inside it is finished to a modern standard, always kept clean, fresh and tidy.

(I am looking only to share my home with a female, my choice for this is that I just feel more comfortable with females.)

* (If you have a soft spot for animals and would enjoy the company of Isaac and Jett, I would be happy to consider a reduced rate of £845 a month if you would be willint to take good care of them too and look after them in the same way I do) *

At times I tend to travel, so you will also have the whole home to yourself!

I have two cats Isaac and Jett, they are very friendly and gentle. They are brothers and turn three years old this August! It is most important to me that you are an animal lover and have a liking to cats, you will certainly adore them.

I am a kind natured person, easy going and pleasant to be around. I enjoy a good conversation, and also enjoy my own company too. Generally I am quiet and my home is kept peaceful, I don't hold social events or anything as such. Generally it is just myself and my cats at home. I often spend time outside and enjoy travelling.

I am looking for someone to share my home with me, you would have the larger bedroom of the two.

I would be most happy to show you around the local area, parks and amenities. They are all just a stones throw walk away, I genuinely enjoy living here and enjoy my home. Transport is excellent with red busses and two train stations nearby. The nature on foot in each direction is beautiful!
