We are a young friendly couple looking for someone tidy and clean. Preferably a student or professional.
The room is spacious and recently refurbished. All bills are included.
The Wardrobe is part of the room. In addition the room includes a desk and storage furniture. Also, the bed has big storage drawers.
The flat is spacious too with with a nice kitchen and bathroom.
The area is about 7 mins drive to Richmond and Kingston high streets (with no traffic) and 10 to 15 mins by bus.
Ham is surrounded by lovely green areas, including the Ham Lands, Richmond Park and the river Thames.
