Room available from end of June due to my lovely flatmate moving back to London. You’d get your own bathroom with a bath, and a furnished double room with a great view of Manchester.

Bills aren't included but average at about 290 for council tax, electricity and water.

The room is available for 6 months, but you're welcome to take over my tenancy in Jan if needed.
