The house has been newly refurbished and decorated.
There is a fully furnished small double bedroom available with a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There are still a few minor deforating bits left to finish however these should be completed soon (new paint in kitchen, new carpet on stairs). The room has been left plain, so feel free to decorate how you like as long as it is not damaging.
The loft has previously been converted and I am planning on making it into an additional lounge space, however is currently being used for storage.
There is on road parking - it is a quiet play street in daylight hours with plenty of room to park, and the ice cream van comes by almost every day.

There is a Tesco Extra and Aldi a 5 minute drive away to the centre of Salford, as well as a corner shop at the end of the road.
Bus stops and travel routes are within walking distance (bus stop on the adjoining road, and a tram stop about 20 minutes away walking).
It is a 20 minute walk to Salford University campus.
40-50 minute walk to the centre of Manchester.

About me:
My name is Pippa, I am currently 25, and a Physiotherapy student going into my final year so will be on placement/working a lot of the time. The rest of the time I enjoy going on hikes, gym, and climbing with my partner or friends, with the occasional night in to relax (the more the merrier for any activities, feel free to join). I am currently not around for most of the daytime, so if you work from home the house will be quiet.
I am not a big going out person myself, but I enjoy the occasional gathering at the house if there's a heads up first.
Ideally I would prefer to live with a female as it is just me in the house. Someone who is tidy, respectful, and happy to taste test some sweet treats when I get the urge to bake would be ideal.
