Looking for a friendly, easy going and trustworthy tenant to share a room in our family house. We are a married couple with 3 children ranging from 9-14 years old we also have 2 cats :-D

We are located in South Croydon with excellent links to East Croydon Station (20-25 mins on the bus) and a short walk to Gravel hill Tram stop. There are also a large range of amenities within walking distance and supermarkets a short bus ride away.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful adult who understands they will be living in a. busy family house. The room has a shower/bathroom just adjacent. We will look for references and an interview prior to commencement. Please ensure you can prove right to rent or you will not be considered. Cost of bills and council tax included in the very reasonable rate.
