Excellent transport- easy access to London, Croydon, Tooting, Morden and close to St Helier and Royal Marsden
Hospitals. Short walk to Carshalton Beeches rail (10 mins) and Carshalton Rail (10 mins)- easy access to a carshalton Village shops or carshalton Beeches shops.

You would be sharing the house with a family, including 2 teenagers plus a cat. We work from home for a couple of days per week.
We are a very friendly family, and would respect your privacy. The kids are polite (if occasionally noisy) and are mostly in their rooms with headphones on! We have our family dinner at approx 6.30 each day.
No en-suite but two shared bathrooms ( one across the hall from bedroom), garden, fast fibre broadband, modern kitchen, lovely light dining area and sofa snug room, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc
A cleaner comes every week for the main house
45 ft garden to rear with large patio area and benches, but not huge amounts of privacy as It’s overlooked.
Carshalton and Carshalton Beeches are lovely, with great pubs, transport links (London Victoria, London Bridge, Wimbledon, Croydon or City Thameslink )
154, 157, 407, x26 or s1 bus very close
M25, M23 and A3 just 15 mins drive each way.
Sutton is nearby (154 bus stop outside house) and many Wonderful parks locally.
We will consider couples- a premium would be added to the rent to cover bills. £800 for a single person, £1000 for a couple.
We would expect you to keep the room in a respectful manner and to recycle if possible.
The deposit will be protected by the govt scheme.
