Hello beautiful people,
A bedroom is available in a fully furnished Two-Bedroom apartment, ready to move in immediately for up to six months (October 1st).
I am leaving because of a career change, so I wanted to sublet my space.
One of the two bedrooms is occupied by my friend Megan, a sweet Taiwanese girl.
The Property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared living room, a shared open kitchen and 2 small storage spaces. It is located at E14, Canary Wharf.
5-minute walk to both South Quays and Crossharbour DLR station, and 15 15-minute walk to the Canary Wharf station-Jubilee line.
The apartment is very close to supermarkets like Tesco, co-op and Tian Tian Chinese grocery store, as well as cafes' like Pret.
Nuffield Health gym memberships are included in this tenant contract, which is a fantastic and professional gym.
My flatmate prefers female tenants. We welcome working professional women, students or women who are searching for a job.
The rent is £1700 per month. Because the contract we signed was asked to pay six months at once, so we would ask for the rent at once as well.
The rent excludes council tax, water, electricity, heating and Wi-fi bills, which are approximately £250 per month (Based on utility consumption).
Real estate agency formalities will have to be completed, which ideally requires a referencing process and proof of 'Right to Rent'.
If interested, please contact me for a viewing or a virtual tour.
We can definitely negotiate for the rent and the date of tenancy.
So, don't hesitate and knock me asap.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
