Looking for someone to take over my spacious double room with private en-suite as I am moving back to Edinburgh .The flat is located on a quiet residential street just a 5-minute walk from Oval Station (Northern Line), making it ideal for quick access to Central London, the City, and beyond. Stockwell station is 10 minute walk and Vauxhall is 15 minutes.

• You’ll be sharing with my flatmate Ash, really nice guy who works long hours in Westminster so you’ll pretty much have the place to yourself. He works from the office most days and dosent get home till 10 and dosent use the living room much at all so you would have that most of the time. He sometimes works from home on Mondays but normally in the office full time.

Really loved living here and Ash is a great guy to live with who’s very easy going and helpful.

Can accommodate someone moving before Feb 18th but ideally a new tenant moves in in the 18th Feb as that’s when the next rent payment is due.
