A lovely double room is available in a househsare in Peckham. Ideally located right by Burgess Park. There are good transport links into the city, as well as it being a 25-30 minute cycle.

Close to Pechkam high street with access to good restaurants and shops.

We are a respectful, social, and friendly bunch! Often hanging out and socialising with one another. Current household consists of 2 girls and 2 guys; one of the housemates' kids stays with us on a week-on, week-off basis.

Rent is £620, and bills can come to around £70-£100 depending on the month.

Please note, not all the furniture will be staying in the room, but some can be bought from the current flatmate - can discuss at viewing.
