Hi! We are looking for a person to join us in our flat on Kennington Road.

It has plenty of windows and natural light, and comes fully furnished. You have complete privacy and plenty of space within the room. The house has a kitchen with two fridges, an oven, a washer and dryer, and further amenities such as a microwave and coffee machine. It also has a living room on the first floor. We also have an elderly cat in the flat named Alfie, who is very sweet!

The flat is located in the heart of London with easy access to the whole city with several bus stops right outside the door and the Kennington tube station an eight minute walk away. There is a Tesco superstore a five minute walk away, and it is located above a shop on the high street with all sorts of eateries, cafes, and shops nearby. The neighbourhood is very safe and Kennington park is just a few minutes down the road.

Move-in ASAP
Must be queer friendly. Female preferred.
Students only to avoid council tax.
UK guarantor preferred, however there are workarounds.

The other flatmates are all studying at KCL, all final year or masters, and a mix of law, arts and sciences. Some of us have lived together before and we are committed to keeping a clean, tidy, and friendly space.
